About express delivery service

Due to the value of our shipments, there is currently no Economy shipping service. All items ship via Fedex and DHL by default.

Express delivery: The ETA via Fedex or DHL is about 7 days. If there is any delay, it will be subject to feedback from the express company.

Customers who order multiple items

We use Fedex or DHL and shipping is included in the selling price no matter how many products you order from this site.

Even for customers who purchase multiple items or have other special requirements, we hope to provide you with the lowest possible shipping costs or surcharges and provide as convenient a service as possible.

Customers who order pre-order products together with currently sold products

When you purchase pre-order items and current sale items, they will be shipped together.

If you would like to ship only currently available items first, please let us know.

If you are not convenient to receive express delivery during the scheduled time, please contact us via email or social media and include your order number and intended time, and we will make special arrangements for you.
